Hi there this contest is hip i’m in.
and thats my game:
its an adventure (point and click) inspired by an old c64 title.
you are a detective, sea crossing on a huge steamship. setting is early 30's.
soon there is a murderer going on and you have to investigate and find circumstantial evidences by searching rooms and interviewing passengers.
and so the most common crate/receptacle in this setting is surely the ... suitcase.
------Update Of First Post With Latest Pics/Content-------
the case is just a suitcase like to find in every bunk of a ship from the passengers.
perhaps you will find some murder weapon inside !! or just only dirty lingerie… ;)
the game could be first or third person. but when you click a suitcase or cupboard, the screen changes to a 2D/3D mixture pic, where an open suitcase/cupboard/whatever is shown, and where the items inside could change and -> be grabbed!
you could make some relatively high poly inside stuff and put some physics on it and make it clickable, grabbable and movable. perhaps you can use some knive or hammer to discover hidden drawers
ok just fiction but that would be rocking!
