Haruna class assault platform is one of the U.N. Space Navy’s largest combat unit. It carries multiple modular 3D printers to produce various kinds of vehicles and weapons. The ship itself is also a giant printer that is able to print more printers. New printers can replace old ones or be deployed on planet surface and work as ground unit production / maintenance facilities.

Hey,

looks nice! Is it a composite of renderings or 2d concept art?
What would make it easier for me to grasp the scale of the ship, is some human persons/silhouettes to get some reference… either in the ship or just as a scale reference next to the ship?

cheers,

I love this illustration, but agree Papashango about a scale reference. Even some info on its dimensions would be awesome (Length, Beam, Draft, etc…)

I’m also guessing that CVN designation means this is for the Mother Ship category? At least by contemporary standards this denotes a US Nuclear Aircraft Carrier.

Cool ! great design! Not sure about the scale as the other guys noticed.

I really like this one - even if my vision for future UN is less sinister…

The blunt nose is trendy and looks good. I do like the balance of the empty less detailed areas and the visible structure on the sides and near the engine blocks.

great entry!

This looks amazing !

This is really great; I love the use of partially-open framework in the hull to reveal the machinery underneath.
