u.i naming

i searched all over for answers to these questions, to no avail. i have set up to a certain extent, how i would like my user interface to look. 1) i would like to be able to save this u.i. so it will load automatically each time.
2) is there a way to rename the windows or panes(see attached image)
if you have a link or you can answer any or all questions i would greatly appreciate it, thank you
