trouble with my brain

ok so im trying to model/texture a human brain and im having some trouble. One of the main problems im having is creating all those little grooves in it, I hav no idea how to model them so I tried to create them with a bump map which dosnt seem to be working very good. any help would be much appreciated. cheers.

Perhaps you can ask Proton to create a tutorial for you brain model. He’s been on a roll with tips and tricks since last year >>

Thanks for the help guys, yeah I tried that tutorial but just couldn’t follow it, it doesnt go into enough detail. I will try get on to Proton. Cheers

Doing it only by pushing and pulling points would be a nightmare. I would strongly advise you to go with Zbrush for detailing or, if you want cheap variant for 3Dbrush. From there you can export hi-res mesh or low res one with displacement maps.
