Trex Pose

#1

hi,

i modeled a trex and i wonder is this model not suitable for rigging because of its pose? its not in T pose or A pose. am i gonna have issues about joint orientations etc…?

thanks.

Hey,

This model looks fine for rigging in terms of its initial pose. You might want some more loops on the tail, specifically the tip, for better deformations. But a T pose or A pose is not necessary for quad rigs or rigs for animals like this.

You do want to be careful with your orientation, as always. But there aren’t any major flaws.

Good luck!

thanks for the tips evanc09.

as you can see its a bipedal model but its not like a human. it a quad character but stays on two legs. thats why it confused me a little bit
