Is this in mudbox yet? I really want to you mudbox on a tabletpc but having to hold alt to rotate the camera is a bummer for that.
They do zbrush style camera rotation in this video (click anywhere other than the model and drag to move the camera). Is there any way to turn this on?

That was an internal only experimental build done by Autodesk R&D dept just to outline some of the things they are messing around with. The video is meant to be a proof of concept and not put out to outline any future features. So no, its not available to anyone outside of R&D right now. I’m 99.9% certain not even Dave Cardwell has that version, and if he hasn’t got it everyone else has bucklies chance.
