Topology of shape


Hello. I will use the shape from the attachment (photo) on the sofa model. I have never used the morph modifier and skin wrap before. I am familiar with them and I know how it work. However, I have a problem with the topology of the shape that will be used. I do not know how to lead the edge so that I would not have a problem with cutting it to the UVW mesh from the Morph modifier later. Can someone guide me how to make a nice mesh of such shapes?
