(i doubt i spelled ANY of those right) 
I came up with this idea as i had troubles making unusual textures, shapes, etc. So i thought it might be pretty handy if we could easily share it.
Idea:
You take a random picture just one with textures/shapes you need to learn the most. You cut that picture in half and paint the other half. This can be as realistic as you want, but you can also give it a fantasy-swing.
The main goal of this thread is learning from each other and for practicing, so my idea is to post a walk-through/tutorial with your final image.
