Hey guys.

I think top row on forum, where CGChoice images are, should be used to show new images on forum. Maybe not everything, but one that moderators picked… just like it was happening before with bigger row where new are now. Promoting CGChoice images doesn’t make sense to me, because they are already in separate gallery and they are also on first page.

BTW thanks for getting more people involved to vote on what goes into standard gallery, I can already feel some more diversity in gallery, and at least if somebody asks on forum what is the reason for rejection you don’t need to justify it because responsibility is dissolved and it’s easier to accept this for person who submitted work.

The other thing is, would it be possible, in future, to have comments below images in CGPortfolio, and can this be unlocked forever so that people can post comments on something that’s few years old? For images that are selected for CGTalk gallery, these comments will be reflection of the ones on forum.

I can’t really comment on the top row thing as that’s not my decision to make, but regarding comments in portfolios, this is something that’s come up in a couple of discussions recently. I don’t know how or when or if it will even happen, but the portfolio system is in need of some attention and I’m hoping for some new features in the near future myself.
