This character......

This character really gave me a headache.I have spent dozens of time to build the model from a box .and then the texture is not easy to me to paint “from scratch”.cause i am just a 3d background artist.anyway, i have finished it now.
I know, there are still a lots of place need to be improved, including the skin looks too smooth,some of the muscle looks not so good… and so on, but can u guys also give me a piece of suggestion?thank u very much.
