Very much looking forward for this. Maya and shake only here. So right now in the the process of getting the script and patching up the 3DS models.

I want to get in touch with a team if possible instead of solo this one. Currently patching up the models to get it up and running in Maya. Before before I go with the plans, if any team is looking for more people, plz pm me.

Hey guys, I’m looking for some team mates on this one…Cobrax, and destruct007 would love to have ur input guys! I was thinking of trying something slightly different, ie taking formula 1 cars (this isnt a final idea just a possible direction) and putting them in unusual race events…ie on a dirt rally track - this way we get to see how they handle and obviously theres gonna be a smash up of sorts in such circumstances. PM me if anyones interested.

I am a modeller, rigger, animator, and texture artist.

I’d say my strongest points are modelling and rigging with my weakest point being lighting and rendering.

I am using maya 7 and 3ds Max 6. Although right now my workflow is more maya oriented.

I have a small library of things that might be useful [5 cars, a tunnel, and a transformer car!]

I would be interested in teaming up with someone for this challenge. I have Cinema 4D and Maxwell Render. I specialize in modelling and rendering, it would definately be cool if we could render this animation in Maxwell, but I doubt with the short deadline that that will be possible.

I would like to make a short short on underground exotic import racing, in my area, something witch witch many of my friends are in involved in.
there will be high speed live road race with at least one BIG crash.
some cars that may feature… if you could model or texture it would help.
