The Old Empire scout ship is based on the famous UFO photograph taken by Bruno Ghibaudi in the beach of Montesilvano, north of Pescara in 1961. They are under the command of the CTRs, a human cloned race, incapable to experience emotions, therefore very efficient in their main role: Fighters. The Goverment of the Old Empire in a totalitarian monarchy where freedom was totally extinct.
The Earth is their prison planet, and we are their prisoners. The CTRs works to keep us not concious of this reality, by generating and promoting chaotic situations as wars and conflicts, to prevent human evolution, therefore have us captive forever. The traces of the Old Empire Scout Ships can be found in art, mythology and stories from all the cultures in the planet, as the evidence. There are few humans who know the true, and are working to solve the puzzle.
