The NEW mudbox... anyone tried it yet?

ive noticed that “Autodesk” has released an update for “Mudbox” anyone know whats changed? whats new? anything about this update?

Based on experience I’d guess a new splash-screen with Autodesk splattered all over it and not much else.

Chris B’s right about the splash screen. There is also a Create Head button that brings in a very basic head and upper shoulders model. Mildly handy.

Anyone had a chance to try using the import uv’s function? Does this now mean that mudbox will support more than one uv channel?

no not more than one channel but mudbox supports multi uv tiles…
