THe mesh will be like that when I use snake hook

Anyone know how to solve this problem? I try to dynamesh but there is some holes between the mesh after dynamesh.

i think you will get a hole if the mesh gets to thin and dynamesh resolution is to low,
so boost up the dynamesh resolution and re dynamesh it before you pull to far out,
next time post a wire frame
