great idea roberto

maybe we can make this a sticky ?

well here are my examples who without doubt are producing some of the most incredile 3d humans out there !

i know Lee is using Lightwave for rendering and Lighting and base modeling…

http://infinite.cgsociety.org/gallery/

i think also the same goes for James busby

truley stunning work

http://cardboarddog.cgsociety.org/gallery/

and also rod steffen - i think uses LW for rendering and Lighting…

http://oddity.cgsociety.org/gallery/

as mentioned before is Khalid who costantly produces top work

http://khalid.cgsociety.org/gallery/

also maybe arkvfx i think uses LW… please correct me if i am wrong

http://arkvfx.com/

pick any work from any of these guys and its some of the best LW work i have seen…

I did a very small amount of environment and prop modelling for these guys, most of their work will be instantly recognisable to people in the UK but they’re never mentioned in the Lightwave community.

Roberto, you may find plenty of work at [www.SPINQUAD.com](http://www.spinquad.com)
As you have found out allready with your post there, its a site dedicated to LW.
Thanks for helping giving a front-end for LW here as well.

I am quite impressed with the spinquad galleries, and we all should check them.

What I want to do is to have a LW better gallery section in this forum.

And to all great work so far!

great stuff… some amazing work.

roberto - may i recommend this thread be made a sticky ? or we start a new sticky thread
that contains only images ? that way we can start our own LW gallery and really try to boost
the work and the artists a little bit ?

everyone needs some inspiration once in a while so it would be great to see some images rather than links

cheers

Well, I don’t think I’m the best of the best either… I just finished this for a contest, modeling in Modo, rendered in Lightwave. Have a look, I’s not that bad I think.
