thanks very much PizzasRgooD!

the first two links dont work but the 3rd has a gallery. The view from the inside helps alot!

#23

The mirrors 90% finished now.

im thinking of naming the car “gallardo sv”

also i want to add the italdesign gallardo lemans spoiler.

#24

After a unfortunate reconversion from saving it as mesh to surfaces the side mirror is finished now to a level im happy with. Onto the spoiler modelling. Im aware the window glass and trim is wrong -short story is i was trying to to see how the reflections would look if it was made into panels like real cars .I didnt notice before but the glass on the gallardo(real) has loose fit and wavyness.

#25

Had a quick attempt at the spoiler .I think it looks better how about you guys?

and heres a motion blur test i did a few weeks ago. masking was quick and very rough.sorry about the over compression.

#26

a sketch for the new projector headlights design.

#27

The new led foglights (sketch).

#28

love this last detail

keep modeling now ^^

#29

Havent had a lot of time to work on the car.Still done work on it- but nothing significant. However i managed to model the new asus vx1 laptop as part of my course .Im thinking it would look nice inside somewhere. Its a flamingo render.

#30

An update of the interior. Some of its really simple at the moment.

#31

still working on it.I have some spare time to work on it for now.The model is very taxing on my computer when i try rendering with basic materials applied now. Also it needs heaps of memory to run smoothly.I also need to do a major backup before i go much further because its taking up heaps of space.

added speaker set ,more details, more window trims.

heres a closeup of the new radio set.(no textures or display yet)

great model, most of us loved the lamborghini cars and wanted to own one it is great to own one modeled buy your skills, doesn’t matter if it is not real.  actually it does…

great model keep up and show final pictures so i can give you 5 stars rather than 3 or 4.

#33

Awesome updates, very indepth modelling. I’m modelling my first car, a 300 sl gullwing Mercedes, if I run into a problem would you mind helping me?

#34

@FlaminGlow
Thanks for the feedback,Im not worried about stars at the moment-its more of a personal accomplishment im aiming for.Dont worry about rating it anyway until the model/render looks finished.

@morgangray
Sure i can help you (but i dont know much on polymodelling side) ,Just pm me the link when you want.

Hi,
Your works are amazing spincad, Those sketches look great, did you draw those sketches by hand and scan it to color? I just started on my first attempt to model a car and got stuck…hope you finish your model!

#36

Nice to see a real custom Lambo! Gets a bit boring when everybody just tries to get the model to be 100% like the original. I think it’s much more interesting to use our skills to create something of our own design, (or do some crazy stuff with existing cars).

Keep up the good work!

#37

thanks guys!,im sorry if no updates for a while ,im pretty busy with other projects.

Anyhow ive spent A few hours work trying to correct the front side -where it sharpens. Its not easy to edit trimmed surfaces.

basically ive moved the point where its sharpest up to the split line near lower headlight.also Im trying to redesign the corner of the front chin to blend differently.

[EDT] oh the sketches for the interior I based on the 3dmodels curves and existing interior with basic rules of proportions and where the light comes from. For the other sketches -they are a paintover of the shaded model with painted addons.
