here’s my first test with the materials- basically a BodyPaint base layer, then a few noise layers in Multiply mode on top, and a bit of SSS- still a few more details to add.(click on image for high res)

that certainly is some great texturing …really vivid use of colour,the specular is also really good…I can’t say I notice any SSS though,maybe ramp that up a notch.
