While you are looking for someone to translate your website; you can try for the meantime using Google Translate to do the translation for free. Although its basic but its good enough to be understood.

There is lots of good and very famous site which provides great video tutorials in english.
For example vtc tutorials, lynda and you can find lot more on google.
