Tendril Seeking 8 Character Animators (Maya)


Tendril is looking for a total of 8 Character Animators who are proficient with Maya to join our team in house on a freelance project. Tentative dates for the project are the week of July 16- Delivering on September 7.

Required Qualifications and SkillsSolid understanding of Autodesk Maya 20183+ years production experience in character rigging and animationWorking knowledge of modeling and shadingPrevious experience in a studio pipelineWork well under deadlines and multi-tasksNeeds to have demonstrable portfolio of previous workExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsIs self-motivated and self-reliant.Excellent troubleshooting skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with realtime charactersUnderstanding of the challenges of low-poly platformsProduction experience within the fields of character art and or 3D artFacial rigging experience.
