Hmm, when using the symmetry tool some interesting things happen. Such as I am extending an edge upwards and one of the sides will suddenly have a poly seemingly disapear. Now half the time this is a flipped normal, so correcting it is easy. But the other half the time this poly simply, disapears into thin air. The edges and verts are there but the poly is literally, gone. Has anyone else experienced this?

If a poly goes non-planer it can appear to “disappear” when really it’s just not displayed. If you flip the poly twice “F” key it will be shown again, it’s trying to update the normal of the polygon based off of it’s placement

In some of these situations interestingly enough the polygon simply won’t select either so I am a little stuck. It’s mostly just due to getting used to a new toolset methinks. My mesh was so jacked up it wasn’t even funny that was causing some pretty funky stuff.
