Surface Baking Camera - UV Map Issue


Hi All

I am having an issue with baking textures when using different UV maps.
Sometimes I find that certain UV maps I have created cause the bake render to massively slow down. Has anyone had this problem?
If I start again and create the UV from scratch then it solves the problem. But sometimes if I have to go back and tweak anything in the map, it can then develop the problem again.
It’s very strange, because my UVs are very clean and nothing is overlapping.

I have never had this problem in Modo, so I am guessing it is a bug in Lightwave somewhere, but not sure what is causing it.
