Mapping on the buildings is really nice,lightning tooā€¦butā€¦materials such as that chain and those ornaments on the railing look kinda ā€œplasticā€ā€¦and that water looks kind of oddā€¦bump map too strong in down left cornerā€¦
But like you wrote, itā€™s your artistic approach and from that perspective I think itā€™s really greatā€¦

The only things that I have noticed, that could use some improving, is the textures near the ground close to the camera, and the rails on top of the roof.

Yes, i know Juan Siquier, a really great artist. (saludos Juan;)) And to me is an honor that you thought that I was him. I know that i am not at his level, of course, but i try to do it the best i can.

Its really admirable, specially the texture and lighting,

But If you let me put on some critics
the footpath floor is a little over sharpened, which make it a little unreal as compared to the rest of image. Also there should be some roughness in the red building.
The shadow of lamp should eilther be sharp or blurred, not the combination of shadow skelton and its blurryness around the shadow skeltonā€¦
(Please Take these suggestions from my point of view and not offense )

BUT, over all , it a beautiful work ,
