Summer Long CG Courses?

I was wondering if anyone knew of any summer long courses that specialize in teaching Animation/VFX using industry used software such as Maya/3DS/Houdini.

I have found a 4-week Animation Program at the New York Film Academy I was wondering if there were anymore more like it around the country

I am a computer science major in university with experience programming in C/Java/Python. I am hoping to hone my career path to be a TD in the industry.

About four years ago, my daughter took a summer long course on Maya from Gnomon. Check them out.

Ah yeah I think you are referring to the 10 week maya fast track course? I saw online that you have to submit a portfolio of your work. Is she an artist and have a portfolio? I am a programmer that’s interested in being a TD so I don’t really have a portfolio.

When my daughter took the MAYA intensive summer program at Gnoman, no portfolio was needed. If she did have one, it wasn’t much. However, that was about 5-6 years ago. I don’t know what the requirements are now.
