Substance painter UV problems


hi guys, im new to substance painter.
im trying to import a 3d tank model from 3DS MAX and substance combines 2 different UV maps into one for some reason.
i gave each UV a different ID and different name. is there anything else im supposed to do?

before exporting them. select all the faces in one UV set and apply a lambert to them or any other shader. SP splits up the maps well when separate shaders are used when exporting.
