Submitted image not accepted and to be submitted to WIP ?

Can you tell me why an image of a lamp set in a scene with all textures and lighting has not been accepted and Ive been told to submit to the WIP section ? How can this possibly be the case ? The model and scene is complete with all textures and lighting including post production and complies with the rules of submission to the gallery.
