Stretchy rig problem And sharp bends problem.

Hello Guys,
So I have set up stretch on my bones and when I stretch it this happens to the skin does anyone know how to fix this?

This is how it looks normally:

Now I have another problem which I can’t figure it.
It’s more of a method but I asked someone what is the most efficient way to do sharp bends on the knees and elbows, He said he used a kneecap joint which rotates around 50% of the knee joint itself using an expression.
And with sharp bends on the knees and elbows I mean this

These are rigid.

And then another thing I can’t figure out is the foot setup
Here:
Look at how the foot is touching the ground I can’t figure out the skinning. this was his bone set up and I did the same thing
He said that it is almost like a latice but with bones.

If anyone can help me with this I will be forever grateful.

Your stretch issue: The way you set up your leg joints is the issue. Your joints don’t begin stretching until they’ve straightened out, which pushes your knee inside the leg. How did you set up your stretchy? Your leg needs to stretch as soon as you move that foot control down, not when the joints are straight.

For the “sharp” look, going from the advice you recieved; I would try duping the elbow/knee jnt, then I would plug in the rotation from the original, but divide it by half. You can use an epxression or a multiply divide util node.
