Strata2 default ProceduralTerrain rendering error with holes?
I have rendered the Strata2 Procedural terrain included in the Vue 8.4 xStream default collection.
But the problem is that it appear strange holes in the rendering on the terraces and plateaus at a little bit altitude.
I thinked that these are water reflections of the material;
thus I have resetted the terrain material;
but the problem is not relative to the material.
The holes appear also after Reset Material operation.
It seems that the polygonal normals of the terrain terraces are inverted and Vue display the internal faces of the mountains, at the flat terraces level.
It appears that the flat terraces have a hole.
What is the problem of this “Strata2” procedural terrain file?
What settings and/or parameters I should tweak?
Anyone have already encountered this strange effect?
Please see the attached rendering:
Please help me!
Many thanks in advance!
