Strange Behavior (Illustration) Entry: Peter Soderbaum

not much difference, but touched it up…probably i’m the only one who can see the difference…
but i fixed up the hand, teeth and some of the gore “anatomy”

thoughts?

PS: shitty scan, due to it being still drawn in blue, makes it really hard to scan :stuck_out_tongue:

Goin’ Well, the finger over the thootbrush looks a bit rubbery to me, you could show some wrinkles at the articulation of the last phalange, I don’t know.

Keep the gore coming!

Thanks
your right about the finger over the toothbrush looking a bit odd. I’ll see what i can do to fix it up. A lot of details and all the shadows etc will come in once the painting starts, so hopefully that will help make things look more natural

Ok…now to fix up the finger…i hope :stuck_out_tongue:

Hey Peter, that its a really strange behavior and a strange concept, but i liked, i liked  . I´m thinking that the image can be a reflect on a mirror… only a comment. Nice work!! Good luck and following your progress !

I’ve gone over the top of the blue with pencil, which makes it a bit easier to scan at least, so now its basically up to the painting stage eeek O_O

I’m thinking (hoping) a lot of little things (like the finger?) will become more fleshed out and generaly better once the colour and paint is layed down. I’m going to paint right over the top of this image so the lines you see wont actually be visible…hmm…unless it looks really good with them in lol :stuck_out_tongue:

But basically I’m now going to block in the shadows in B/W while working out a colour scheme and then add the colour…see to work for others heh so lets hope it works here too

more soon!

Thanks Ferx

You know that was actually one of my early ideas on how to compose the picture  I’m going to play it by ear as the colour is added and see what feels best.
