Excellent final image Kamal! the composition and simplicity definitely make it stand out. The folds on the cloth came out really nice and the color choice is impecable. The explanation is also very good, and it did help explain more of the meaning of the piece. awsome man! I hope you’re rewarded for all the hard work…

hey man, sorry for my late reply but I just came home from a 20 hours flight marathon and in Tokio there wasnt much time to write at all big gratulation on finishing this picture, everything works together really wonderfull theres a great softness in this piece and also in the faces of the characters, great work my friend

jpmonroyal - Thank you sou much JP for checking out my work and being so kind as to share your thoughts with me, I greatly appreciate it. Thank you for such thoughtful comments! You work is very amazing, I had a great time observing your color and brush work. I am curious… those really nice textures you achieve in your pieces, are they a result from the paper texture in painter, or are they just brushes?

#244

Mathias (guterrez) - Hey Mathias, great to see you!! I bet Tokyo was soooo much fun!! I am glad you like the final my friend, nice to hear your thoughts. Thank you!!

#245

Of God… This calm lady is so dangerous… Very original!

#246

hey, no problem man. The textures are actually scanned images of some canvas and gauze I have lying around. I layer them on top of the image and use different blending modes to achieve a certain texture. At times I also use Photoshop brushes for added texture and grunge… hope that answers the question. Again, your image rocks!

#247

Hiun: Nice update! Small but it works like a charm!
Now, I really don’t have any comments anymore. I’m sorry… I can’t think of any… I was really trying to find something… just a little thing… but nothing, everything seems to be there for a reason. And it all adds up. :frowning: It just works. Sorry I can’t be more of a nitpicker.

again: Great job my friend!
