My name is Nicolas and it’s my first contest on CG Society. I’m 23 years old and i love to draw :bounce: even if, i’m still a begginer :sad:

Also, few days, i had my first graphic tablet. So, i’m discovering a lot of thing each day and i hope my work enjoy you…

It’s my first idea…A strange still life. But for the moment, i don’t know if all fruits and vegetables will be strange or just the tomatoe…

I dont know if its just me, but I can barely see anything in those images. I think you might have to tweak the levels some more after you scan.

wow… seriously fantastic idea. mayeb incorperate it as vegetables being chopped up on a chopping board and one pleading for its life… very disturbing… dunno what killer instinct means your lines are easy to see.

Actually now that i look at it on my mac, i can see it much clearer. I dont quite understand the concept at this point, but its clear you got an idea you like and you should go with it.

And just one quick thing, if you fix the perspective on this now, i think youll have a much easier time posing everything out.

killer-instinct93 : I’m agree with you…I must find my way to fix idea. For the moment, i hesitate with a realistic style or cartoon style. The concept isn’t not clear for me so…

Hi everybody :slight_smile:

So, i found my concept and i’m trying to explain it.
My main character is an apple that is frightening by the real fruits and vegetables. Why, it stayed at the same place ? Someone can go to cut it and eat it ? It are crazy !!

So, this image was my main character with speed painting (5 min) no references for the moment
The left foot is strange no ?
No ask me why the shoes are yellow, i don’t know :bounce:

Also, today my graphic tablet was strange because i’m not able to write with it. Finally, i changed the battery on my pen and all is right !!

I’ll be back with other images
