Heh - I love the concept.

I think you could do MUCH more with it - there’s a great story to tell.

How do we know that he’s her rescuer? How do we know she was a prisoner? And how do you show that he’s REALLY ugly, rather than ‘stylised’? It’s quite tricky to pull that off with a simple, clean line style like yours, unless you really exaggerate (quasimodo-style). Is the princess turning her head away, looking disgusted? Is she happy to see him, despite the handicap? And why are they playing cards - is she stalling for time?

Looking forward to some more developments, this could be great.
