we can see those industry production-qualified approaches you
took for making this images.

I kind of agree Bentagon on fur issue… but i’m not really sure.

I found an interesting as well as cute squirrel image. Hope it’s useful for you to refer to.

For the fur… well I must admit that I didn’t follow a real reference, I based mostly on personal taste. The result is a squirrel a bit cartoonish and not photorealistic as the rest. I don’t think I will make changes, but any comment will be useful in the future.
Iwould like to render fur in PRMan but i can’t find a way to control and brush it the right way. The ultrafur generator is not able to convert maya fur in a decent RIB and shave & a haircut doesn’t satisfy me.
I will make a little more research… if anyone has something to tell I would be pleased to read! :slight_smile:
