I like the concept a lot, and the creepy sculpture kid came out very well. Only crit I can think of is that the body of the baby is blending into the background a bit. The metal wiring and the light bulb. It may be worth it to play with the lighting and the background textures to make the details of the main model pop out a bit more.

Thats a scary sculpture.
But very nice!
I like the overall design.
You might as well create a real version of it!

The only minor things I would fix is the obvious map stretching on the bottom left at the edge of the wall/window. Secondly, an this is not as important, is the top of the sirringe. Doesn’t quite convince me to be rusty metal. Other than that - great concet and execution!

Well done overall, nice textures and render. There is certainly a “balance on the edge” feeling, but I think there is a mistake on the way the fork is holded by the wire, it seems not really possible.
