her ear looks a little bit strange.

I agree on the ear.
The hairline looks a bit fake
The redish part in the outer eyecorner goes too far.
The skin might use a wee bit more detail.
She’s gonna be animated? If not, you should work on her expression…

Thanks for your kind words of crit and wisdom. Now its been pointed out, yes the ear is kind of weird, I’m gonna have good look at it, as its for a big project so it does need to be fairly bang on. Will post and update soon
