Wow! Awesome modeling! Its always a treat to see modeling like this. I guess it is a bit blurry, but I actually like that effect. The texture work is very nice too, I wish I had the same level of texturing in my own projects! =)

Holy crap that is cool.
See, I wish I had the patience and dedication to do somthing like this. I’m constantly wishing I had the effort to build a detailed environment for my characters.
This type of work always blows me away.
Love the bloom effect too.
Nice render!
Is it insprired by a picture of Escher? It was really the first thing I thought about when seeing this. He made a picture of a desk going over to a street almost exactly like yours. But maybe it’s just coïncidence

I love these pictures!.. maybe you know the orientalists paintings, by Ludwig Deutcsh or Lewis?.. there are street in 19th century arabian country in their works which maybe pleased you!.. one thing, (it’s not a critic) I should like to see is the typical contrast in arabs country of ligfht very hard, and shadow very “crowded”, due to the tissue linked above the streets… something about “mystery of orient and so on”… your lighting is very diffused, which iis good, but maybe another lighting options?.. anyway, bravo!..
its very good work … but always there is place for coments
the perspective looks flat in rendering, thats because of the colors in far areas.
another things that would help the images, its the color scale, i think u need colored shadows to make it more alive rather than dark gray shadows…
i took the image and paint some colors on photoshop to get what i mean.

thanks every body for the nice things you said
it really means some thing to me

Pjanssen…thanks
…it must be a coincidence…i never saw that one you talk about…can you post a link to it:)
celmar …thank man…i do love the orientalists paintings…i know what you mean
firas.thanks …
.you said colored shadows to make it more alive rather than dark gray shadows…how come ?? it gonna make it look like a painting more than a live scene
thank you all very much
Ecleposs, take any real photo, u’ll find that all shadows has colors
the trick is how to choose shadows colors.
