Stereo Rendering within vue ?

Does anyone know if its possible to do automatic stereo rendering within vue ?
I mean, is it possible to create a pair of stereo images within vue, with a stereo camera ?
Or is there any way of easily creating a pair of stereo cameras and then rendering both cameras without loss of synchronisation ?
