Steampunk Myths and Legends Entry: Victor Santos
First Concept of my entry, please be kind with it
draw concepts it’s not my best skill hehehe.
I choose Billy “The kid” within a few ideas because I really want to mix up the american western with the steampunk style into an evil guy like Billy “The kid”, the fastest shooter of the western so… here we are!
Good luck to all! ![]()
I’m starting with the cloths, I hope today I will be able to upload the first renders
Hi there! first of all thank you all for the comments, I really appreciate it
I’m starting with the cloths! This is the quick version of the waistcoat, I’ll try to add some more details on it later.
Thank you all again.
You’re comments are very welcome
Hey Victor,
Really original concept
Nice first sketch and first model for the cloths. Good luck and looking forward for more updates! Cheers mate !!
Hi there! thanks for the comments!
I’m starting to sculp the waistcoat in Zbrush I hope I can finish it in a couple of days.
Thank you so much for looking.
Hi up!
I almost have finished the waistcoat, the next thing I’ll do It’s the coat, probably with the same method.
Thanks for looking!
Wow, good texture!!!
When I was kid i had a MSX game called Gun Fight. Was a game that you move a sherif and you have to catch the Billi the kid… in this time I was in love by this character!

Sweet concept. Glowing blue kinda reminds me of Fable - in a good way. Can’t wait to see this develop!
Raultabajara: I am too young to remind that videogame :argh: hahaha but thanks I will look for references of that.
AdamTSC: thanks dude, I really like Fable and I use that as reference.
Thanks for the comments.
Great idea, and the jacket is looking wonderful. A steampunk cowboy makes me think of Justin Grays take on the old Jonah Hex character for DC Vertigo comics, must dig those out for a re-read sometime, he isn’t a steampunk cowboy but he does travel through time.
Hi up!
I’m texturing the waistcoat and starting with the handkerchief, I hope this week I can have some time to spend on the coat and to finish the textures of the waistcoat and the handkerchief.
Thank you very much for looking and critics!
Well Done man. I see you get more contrast detailing the drawings of the waistcoat, giving more realism to it. I love it.
Good Work
Thanks Ivan! It’s great to see you around here, we want to see more updates of your steampunk!!!
keep it up dude! ![]()
