Merci bien Gilles

Hey Nicolas,

The Geppeto workshop looks simply awesome!! Great details on it :D. I like the composition with the camera in that position, but think the Geppeto head is a bit on tangent with the cylinder behind his head, perhaps you need to move a bit the camera or Geppeto, only a comment
Great work !! Cheers!!

#163

Really like this framing… again better…

#164

Thanks both of you for the comments
And Ferx i think you’re right about the postion of Gepetto.
As you can see soon i changed the framing a little

you take the good choice about the face reference, this guy make all… and of course also your work

Nothing to crit about clothes and other additions… just ask you to continue the good work like that

Hey Nicolas,

Simply awesome!! Love your Geppeto model, great torso, hands and cloths. Like the expression for Geppeto, I can feel his concentration while working on Pinocchio, really cool!! Cheers !!

#170

Ah, it’s really nice to see him with a full body finally, not just a disembodied head! It’s looking good so far. The glasses are a nice touch, too. …But lots more to go - good luck!

#171

The first

The second view …

And finally an image of all in a render.
The rat, gepetto and the clothes are not in hd version …
I have to work again on the clothes and the hands.
But i have to work especially on the shaders and textures …

Great progress since I last saw this! I like the new comp for the scene - shows all the features in a good way. Pinoccio is really cute! I like the clay shader look for it - I think the scene could look really good with rather simple textures, bringing the focus to the shapes.
All curious about the next step now!

Great ligthing and modeling! That’s one cool fish . Love Gepetto’s expression. His left arm looks perhaps a bit odd because it’s parrallel with the border of the image. Anyway this is one cool entrie can’t wait to see the textures on it!

#179

So beautiful scene!
