Steampunk Myths and Legends Entry: Matt Scheuerman
This is for a steampunk version of the River Styx. Just one of the ideas I’m playing around with. Painted this in Colors! on my Nintendo DS Lite
My other concept is a kingdom that has steampunk elements to it. Painted on my Nintendo DS Lite with Colors!
I’m guessing that you like doing the landscapes part of the viz?
Good luck to you my friend, I look forward to seeing what you come up with!
Painted on my DS. Did this real quickly durring a workbreak. Just wanted to take the round table and take some chunks out of it to make it a little cog’ish.
Just another concept and yet another DS sketch. For some reason this concept just feels like it’s sticking with me so I’m going to work on it in photoshop more. Gotta play around with different angles
I played around with a few sketches in photoshop and it crashed on me twice :banghead: but I wasn’t liking the feeling of the concepts anyway.
Just a tower sitting in the middle of no-where is very undynamic and didn’t really give me much availability for depth.
Probably going to go for the steampunk camelot instead.
kinda playing around with the perspective and mood of the camelot sketch. So far I’m not really feeling this so I think I’ll go with another perspective and see what I come up with.
Did this in pshop of course
Decided to rework the concept and see if I could come up with something a little more in line with what I was thinking
Adding some photos to see if it’s generally in-line with what I want. Photos are straight from google. I’ll use my own photos ad paint my own structures. But just wanted to get some structures in there to make sure it would work.
Started adding color and just kept going. I like the overall feeling of this concept but I want to play with more color and mood concepts.
