Of course, obvious!

Great stuff.

A few thumbnail scribbles from my sketcbook. The train isnt the best place to draw but its good for getting idears down…

#23

Welcome Jeremy. I am in awe right now. It would be lovely to see you finish. Really nice sketches. I am going enjoy you work. Good luck.

Just found out who you were. I love your Eow stuff at CA. It will be a treat to watch you work.

#24

damn good concepts, i have to say the second is my favorite but the third with the light gun is so cool

#25

Beautiful concepts, very nice, and the original sketches look great too, keep up the awesome work!

Here’s my first WIP… had some time off today from the madness of Christmas Cheer and family. I struggled with getting IO’s pose right… still not sure. I’ve done so many different versions of her in my sketchbook so will have to settle on this one for now. Time to get the ball rolling  I think I’ll get some time to paint again next year some time. Happy New year all

#27

hey, good to see you around!
Very elaborate design and composition so far!
Kudos for trying atypical color schemes for Steampunk! Keep it up!

#28

Here’s my WIP… blocking in rough detail and values.

#29

all mu compliments…what a brilliant fusion of dynamism and design!

#30

Looking bada$$ Jez:p

#31

Some rough colouring… not sure what to do with girls pose still but getting there. … 4 days left and lots to go. I will have some time on Sat to work on this so my chances are good

mhhh I like where the coloring is going
Ive seen your concepts for this over at conceptart.org, really impressive stuff for the girl Id choose a more dramatic pose like in you first wip
it seems that everything is happening at very high speed, only the girl doesn`t care about physic^^
the guys body could also be a bit bigger, other than that top notch
one of the more believable robot designs you have here, are these mechanics done in 3d?
best of luck for the finishing

#34

i love this one. really coming along nicely. I do agree that perhaps the pose of the girl can be a bit dramatic or dynamic.

#35

The cross section where the head was cut is a really nice touch. Love this peice. Keep up the good work!

#36

the robot is excellent, very original

#37

Hey Jeremy
I’ve been watching you progress for a while, and I must say it’s one of my favorites.
you’r designs are very fresh inspiring. grate perspective on you last version, but not sure the action is clear to- dose rhe sword cuts off the robots head? maybe some more sparks to indicate the path of the hit would do the work.
keep rocking
Lior

#38

Cool…oh cool!:buttrock:

#39

Jeremy. this is really coming on beautifully. I really like the solidity and weight of the robot.

Really impressed by the extremely high standard in this challenge.

fantastic image! Colours are very good, but it’s the design which I like best!
You should make more visible that the head is cut because it’s hard to notice at the first glance.
once again - great!
