first design sketch for the beast. He will be the robotic-steampowered creature and belle will most likely be human, this is as i see it in my head as of now.

Cool design, kind of like giger’s alien meets beauty in the beast meets brass. I like the idea, are you having the internal workings behind the body plates as clockwork, steamworks or semi organic(a mix of flesh and gears)?

Hi ´fix, I like more the “bull monster” because the newer seems a little bit like the aliens creatures

played with the beast being more human in the body and i really like that one, so i may go with that one…also played with idea of a tail because i got a few comments that my design looked like an ‘alien’ which i can kinda see…i thought he looked more like a lion, but thats the beauty of others critque. thanks for the comments!

I agree with the other comments about the left beast looking like an Alien from the movies. I’m liking the coat on the beast on the right. The “hairstyle,” however, feels to me more Revolutionary-era France and less Victorian England. But overall, I think, a step in the right direction. You might even want to try playing with the proportions a bit more - i.e. keeping the coat but making a less human body, maybe even like the one you were trying earlier. Good luck!
