#109

Morning Gunilla.
How are things coming allong. Still bogged down with regular work?
By the way… Gunilla… Sibylla… You are not building your alter ego here i hope?
For I have always pictured you as much sweeter and friendlier looking.

#110

Hmmmm… that seems… sad for us !

#111

Hallais;
Looks like you have been a bit late with updates lately, but the carefully-done Skylla
with all the intriquate details will sure keep our interest up, until you find some more
time and show us some more, cause this is really getting interesting!
Did I mention that I like the Idea of those backgrounds? they add a lot to the
otherwise ordinary Occlussion renders!
Lycke til!

#112

Ahah! If I, too, can draw attention to you not making any progress lately then maybe I might cleverly distract people from my own lack of progress lately - hehehe. Yes, I think I’m onto something here. Keep going, Gunilla!

#113

Hmmph - and I was hoping this thread would vanish into oblivion :banghead:
But it seems some people like to make it noticed that I have been waaay to slow for awhile, so I thought I could at least do some proper spamming

chaymation - that’s a nice thing to say, I like that - both strange and nice, thanks!

Lolo - So now I have to spend the next couple of years forgetting that thing again - the famous KINKYLAMP!!! arrghh!

Roshan- hey, good to see you again, all the best!

Sabie - yeah, I agree -we need more rubber around here

Steph - haha, oh yeah it will be a snail one!

Try - Skylla- Sibylla - well, I’m not sure I’m that much prettier but I’m sure I haven’t got six heads. Could you imagine just how much I would talk if I had?

Lolo - oh you sweet you

mathias - thanks you so much for cheering and for the appreciation of the slow steps here!

Mark - Yo buddy, I think you just managed to bit your own tail here - now everyone will go and check out just how late you are.

Thanks for cheering all. A status update - I’m in deep with work now, more than usually and also more demanding that I’m used to. So, I don’t know when the time and energy will come for me to updtae. I haven’t given up yet though - I have all sorts of glorious plans in may head and maybe some of them will turn into pixels. Maybe even in this challenge.

thanks all for stopping by!

#114

Start for my Karybdis. She is integrated in the cliff of the island

#115

Okay, it looks like I’ve had some unexpected free time again - hope this means I can finish this. Always tricky after leaving something for awhile to get the motivation for it but I’ll try.
So here’s my start for the second monster; Charybdis the sea swallower!
The actual functioning parts for her engine is probably hidden inside the rock (unfortunately)

#116

HEllo Gunie…

glad to see you here for continuation (even if I know the reason)
well… I hope you will finish it, and especially to take good time here with us ! very important.

The next step is started very well… clean modeling… now, don’t stop please :deal:

#117

Hi Gunilla I am glad to see you back at it! Good looking models. It looks like it is kind of making a face!?

#118

Hey Gunilla,

Glad that you are back
Nice model, like a lot the design, the gears looks really great ! Cool work !

#119

Yay! Gunilla’s back. And with some intriguing new steampunk bits too. Looks good. Can’t wait to see more!

#120

Hey Gunie,

unexpected free time…I hope there’s no unpleasant reason for it…anyway, good to see you back and I hope you can continue! Great solution for a tricky thing:thumbsup: , I was already asking myself how to visualize a “sea-swallower” - I’m intrigued to see your answer to the problem, very much in style! So let’s see more soon, but most important now: I wish you some nice Christmas days!
