I am trying to find a color scheme for my pic. Want to try to make warm light and cold green shadows. We’ll see if I can do it :slight_smile: Things are reeeally going too slow

I wasn’t satisfied with the pose of my Gulliver, so I decided to change it.
I like the new one better. Also I remade the background and colors. I would like to make them softer and warmer. There are a lot of work in the steampunk city itself and lilliputs, still no any of them so far.
Crits are very welcome.

Since it’s difficult for me to do any buildings details or work on the main character I decided to begin with the most understandable object, my steampunk fish :slight_smile: My little victorian Gulliver is going to feed a fish. I tryed to make this creature more rapacious :slight_smile:

I am in a character search. He will be wearing victorian clothes and also I want to make his appearance more romantic and thoughtful, so it will be an amusing combination of romantic Victorian age and different mechanical steam things.
Hope tomorrow will have some time for the background.

Cool work u did with the Gulliver concept.I think the tricky part here is to do the surroundings look small and bring the giant Gulliver myth “forward”.Excellent details u got on the fish there and i cant wait to see whats next.

To Rup Bhogal: The story is about Gulliver and his trip to Lilliput. But I remade everything in my own way, so I guess everything is not really like as in the story. I am sure Gulliver never fed a fish :smiley:

I am working on backround. Also there are a lot of other details to make as lilliputs, etc … And of course much more steampunk stuff.

Just continue making background. I want the picture looks like a little boy (Gulliver) is playing with his toys (Lilliput town). He even has a toy railway :slight_smile:
