Curupira.

Hello, everyone.

This is my idea for a re-imagine of a legend / myth in steampunk version. Although i love Greek , Egyptian and Aztec mythology, I preferred to make the steampunk version of a myth indígina Brazil. The Curupira, below a brief explanation:

The Curupira is a kind of genius / spirit of the forest. It protects the animals from poachers who hunt without the need, the Curupira the trick with illusions, imitations and other tricks to make the hunters astray and freak. The Curupira looks like a boy down, has hair like fire, pointed teeth and green as emerald, and may or not be covered in a green coat.
It has mounts as a peccary. And its main feature is that he has the feet facing backwards, to confuse the people follow.
The Curupira is also endowed with many magical powers can come back to life even after long dead, or create magical instruments. As in a tale in which the Curupira presents an Indian with a bow that never misses the target.

In my version Steampunk, the Curupira is a kind of genius in technology, creating and protecting the machines. Besides the visual characteristic of the genus, changed her hair to be literally made of fire. His hunt was transformed into a kind of conscious car moved to steam, with only the head of peccary.
The drawings show a simplified outline of the car, and the draft model and sheet Curupira with some parts of its equipment more detailed.
As I have little time to shape the character I follow more the way of simplicity.

I hope you enjoy. Soon pictures of the process of modeling.

p.s.: forgiveness if there is anything wrong writing, my English is not very good
