Hi Folks!
Me and my buddy Romulo Lazarde aka Reld are joinig the Challenge as a team.
We are planning a little animation for the contest.
Just started to work on the story and first Conceptdesigns.#

Those are some nice looking silhouettes you got there. That big guy looks like a pritty cool Goliath. Look foward to seeing these develope

Like the gold robot :slight_smile: Nice color scheme. Is there something speciale with those spheres?

Hiya Mr. Duell!!
This stuff is looking gorgeous!
I think for our purposes will the Round-Bot work the best. (2nd. from left to right on the top left corner of the sketches)
While the new more humanoid like design (big head light guy) would also make a nice contrast , I think the Round one makes it also and it will more funny.
What do you think?

nice! Steamy… yet hitech in a way.

I like the sketch to the right the most. It has bold design choices, and i’m a sucker for small legs and feet. And the straight line eye would be awesome plus the chimneys ofcourse. the more finished sketches i think leans to the more hightech style, which lacks a bit of steam.

andreasng You are maybe right about the look and fell of David.
He became more solid, powerful and more hi-tech!
I´m working on a more steampunky version.
But i had to figure out how his “tools”, like steamy boots, flexible arms… etc will be a part pof his body.

We´re planning to do some funky things with this guy!:slight_smile:

dboydesign Thanx! The spheres are some kind of an instrument. Mabe a bullseye. Liked the idea of a solid clock , or something
