Very cool!

The star destroyer looks a little flat (It maybe your geometry) you might want to try adjusting you lighting so that one side has a darker shadow preferably the right side based on the scene. The planet looks very good.

Personally, I think you should have the Star Destroyer facing the other way. Like flying lower left too upper right. Sort of like it is orbiting the planet. Right now it looks kind of like it is going to take nose dive. Also, I think you should tone down the stars. I think it is looking alot more like noise. I would like to see wires of the ships though. They look pretty cool.

eye.

it doesnt realy look like a SSD at all imo, but the idea is interessting. try a little harder on the ship

Very nice! The planet looks excellent, and gives a great sense of scale. The ships could perhaps use a little more work - perhaps some textures to give the ship some more nuances and detail?
Also, the POV could easily be made more interesting by moving one of the ships close to the camera. All objects are in the distance at this moment, and a ship in the foreground, passing by close to the camera, would give the image more impact.

I can’t wait to see more

Yeah dude, I’ve seen a couple of your posts now. the only thing that bothers me is the lack of detail. You gotta rememeber, we’ve all seen star wars, we know what the ships, characters and environements look like. It’s going to be hard to sell us. So details and recreating them as closely as you can would be to your benefit. Look at it as trying to model a car. Your trying to believably recreate an existing thing. Gather as much reference as possible, do some sketching and if you can, get blueprints. speaking of which, Here is a link to some blueprints:

Keep it up man. Look forward to seeing some more of your work.
