Not sure if this is the best place to post this question, but here goes … I’ve been looking into fluids work for a while now and have been using the ‘Stable Fluids’ method pioneered by Jos Stam (of Maya Fluids fame). However, I’ve only just found out that its patented by Alias (well Autodesk now I guess?)!
Does anyone (i.e Duncan) know whether this means I can’t use it anymore or do I just need to credit the original inventor?
