does anyone know how to make the patterns in photoshop for spidey red and blue suit ,black spidey suit, and venom suit

I would use the pen tool and stroke the paths with a brush. work on a separate layer and you might even get a bevel or extrude layer style going for the ‘raised look’ - or paint it manually.

The outfit in the movies - at least for some of the CG shots was done with materials in a 3D program. But like jfrancis states - you could just draw it. I believe there are tons of tutorials on the internet on how to create spiderman - just do a Google search on “Spiderman Digital Painting tutorial” and you will find a plethora of information.

Mostly though - you will have to draw it. I don’t think that the initial shapes are hard - it would be a matter of you just spending time to do it.
