Here’s the concept for the only winner of the arena fight, a galactic reality show.

The arena. The Survivor-like show is held in a bubble with several levels leading up to the main arena where only the best fighter will win.
Cameras from all over the galaxy surround the bubble, as well as giant screens.
The lonely winner seems lost in the giant bubble, but all the screens around it show close-ups of her victory, and show the contrast between her relative insignificance and the spectacle that billions are presumably enjoying in the comfort of their home.
A robotic flying dumpster just picked up the remains of a tentacle creature, but its still throbbing mechanical heart is brandished by the winner as a trophy.

Next phase is modeling. Should I model her in position or rig her arms up to pose her later?

1st pass at the arena. I want it to have some classic Roman feel, so I introduced some columns in there. There’s several levels to it, with the uppermost platform being the ultimate goal for the Gladiators.

First pass at the main character. Pieces of armor are still broken up. I don’t know why I’m bothering with the face since she’ll be wearing a big face mask, but I can’t help myself.
Next step will be patching it all together and resing up.
