I can rasssure you, the final assembly will come soon.
The problem is that I can work on this project only very little time by day.
But each time, I nevertheless do one or two rendering, to keep the motivation, because it’s finally very difficult to reconcile job, family and passion.
Only remain me the staircase to finish the environment…

beautiful work , but I’m agree with Grorum… maybe a higer contrast between lamp-light and ambient-light. Try to increase the intensity at the lamp lights and decrease a little the intensity at the ambient light. It will give a better look (my opinoin)

To answer to your question… I think and also I hope to start the character the next week.
I’ve planed 1 month for the environment… and I’m in time.
For the char… I’m not really sure about it… many ideas I must thinking.
Previously, I want a kid… but now, I’m a bit afraid if that do too much “harry potter”… so, I certainly will choose a girl… and to have a better contrast in the environment, certainly a very modern teenager… or why not a modern/medieval teenager… I have an entire week to think to that… maybe asian type for her, always to increase more the contrats with the environment.
Perhaps too an another character… as a cat, frightened by that they’re in this dungeon…
I have many ways… remain me to find the better.

And that permit me to have the same satisfaction as a real worker… assemblying all the parts… and that give me memories of these details… often invisible in the final way, but even interesting to enricging the scene, lights, shadows and all these interaction between these elements. Thanks for your comments
